If you are reading this blog post you are dear to our Heart. We have two once in a lifetime chances coming up. We need your help and support to make it all happen.
A dear friend is currently working out all the details. For her Son and 3 other schiz kids to arm wrestle Game of Arms. Don’t know who they are look it up. Gracelyn is part of a Schizencephaly team of Kids that is working hard to raise awareness for Schizencephaly by challenging the Game of Arms to a arm wrestling match. We need to raise the funds to Travel to the Arm wrestling match which is currently in the works to be held in Florida. As of know the plan is to fly Gracelyn and myself to Florida. We will need a rental car, air fare for two, hotel and food. Total of this trip is about $1,000.
The second amazing trip is to Island Dolphin Care. This program gives those with Special Needs the chance to swim and inter act with dolphins. They also do intensive therapy with each special needs person that attends. We are currently applying for a full scholarship it attend the program. The month we have requested is June 2015.
Island Dolphin care will require we have 7 days housing in Key Largo FL, Air Fare, Rental car and food while there. As to what I am currently finding we will need around $3,500 to cover this trip.
To make these two once in a lifetime adventures happen we need everyone’s help. The total of the two trips will cost $4,500.
